Celebrating 60 Years Of Soles And Stripes

60 Years of Soles and Stripes
“60 Years of Soles and Stripes” as a product inspiration describes decade-sets
showcasing cultural moments in time and adidas interpretations across the past 60
years. Special “Era Packs” provide the consumer with iconic shoes for every decade
starting with the 1950s, featuring credible street wear products for the sneaker-loving
community using “60 years of Soles and Stripes” as a graphical element. With “80s
Preppy Casual” adidas Originals highlights its authenticity as an apparel brand and
showcases adidas’ history in the 1980s pop culture to celebrate originality. It shows a
combination of a preppy and classic clean look inspired by tennis and driving.
Underlining its position as a staple of urban culture through the years and at the dawn of
hip hop, adidas created the urban “60 Years of Soles and Stripes” and the urban “60
Years of Soles and Stripes Diamond Anniversary” collections, both consisting of apparel
and footwear for men.

Human Traffic X Shoebiz SF X Onitsuka

Human Traffic x Shoe Biz SF x Onitsuka Collaboration. from Human Traffic Productions on Vimeo.

Human Traffic is proud to present an all new shoe. The shoe is a collaboration with San Francisco's own Shoe Biz, and Onitsuka Tiger. The shoe is based on the ‘66 Mexico, which features a series of notable features as it situates itself as a reflective, all-vegan shoe for fixed gear riders. The initial look includes a mesh overlay with 3M underneath on the typically sleek ‘66 Mexico style. Stay tuned for more details on availability.
